A blue birthday!

This may be the last card you see from me for a while...
I have Alfie and Teigan coming for a sleepover this afternoon and I could be traumatised by tomorrow!!! Ha Ha!

When my friends came over for a crafty Day on Sunday, one of them had brought some Stampin' Up stamps with her.
I fell in love with the fabulous cards she made with the 'Work Of Art' stamp set and promptly stamped dozens of images out in all different colours.
I used a blue one to make this card.
I used a Tim Holtz ink pad, 'Broken China' or it could be 'Faded Jeans',
stamped off twice. ( I stamped so many, can't really remember which colour is which)! LOL
The little flowers are from a poinsettia floral punch.
There's a punch and a coordinating embosser that you put the punched out flower into.
The sentiment is by 'Create with TLC'.
I FINALLY got round to using some Frantage!!

So there you have it.
Happy birthday Sandra, hope you had a lovely day.

How did the sleepover go Viv? Are you traumatised?
After watching you using the distress inkpads on Sunday, I dug mine out from their unloved place in the bottom of the drawer and did some stamping with them myself, will blog them soon. The only difference is that I did use the Frantage cuz I aint got any! Love this card and even love my own efforts too :o)
Love,
Jackie xx

This is perfection Viv! Love, love, love that stamp and will probably now start obsessing about it until I get one! Brilliant the way the colour fades out and those little flowers are all you need for embellies... oh yes, and the glorious Frantage!
