Did you guess it was a mitten?

I cut the mitten out on my Cameo.

I coloured my ever so cute elf with Copics.

We have some fabulous samples hopefully, to inspire you on the new site HERE

Here's my sample...

 Back
I LOVE this elf and as Christmas is only 5 minutes away, I went with a Christmas theme.
My cute elf and the sentiment frame are from last years SKOM PKSC-11
I cut her out with the SVG that comes free with the SKOM.
(All svgs are available to purchase, but you get 'em free when you subscribe).
I cut out a gift box with DP called 'Handmade Holiday' by Simple Stories.
I coloured her with Copics and added some Glamour Dust to the hat and the outside of the sentiment frame.
Well there you have it my friends.

OK, here are the guidelines...
- Design must be new
- Link up by 11/20 - 11:59 pm EST

As always, we'll be awarding "TOP PEACH" to the player who uses their Peachy Keen Stamps this week
and  our two runner ups will receive a spiffy badge to display on their blog!

I'll be back with more peachiness soon as we are having a combined current and alumni blog hop soon!
Exciting times eh!

More of what I made while in The States.

I forgot about these cards that I made,
including ones with the new fabulous November release from Peachy Keen!
Well, here they are!
I made all these at Peachy Keen HQ!
How lucky am I!!!
Not only that, I got to go to the most AMAZING wedding in Missouri!
My beautiful friend Lorie's son was marrying his sweetheart Kallista.
I met them last year when I visited and I have to say, I LOVE the whole family.
(I'll write a separate post about it)!

All these cards were made with stuff at HQ.
(It's like Aladdin's cave in there)!!!

My cute little snowgirl is a stamp from PK-1346 'Picture Snow Day'
Coloured with Copics and mounted on Wild Wasabi card.
The card was made with a Sizzix framelits flip-it.
Te DP is from The Paper Studio, Holiday Cheer.
It co-ordinates with the Paper Studio's box of 50 Christmas cards and envelopes exactly!
The greeting is from PK-1345

Flip side!
 Aren't those snow-kid stamps CUTE!

he's the perfect size to fit in the frame.

Now this little chap has to be one of my favourites.
Paper pieced to within an inch of his life and shaded for depth.
I used papers for his outfit  from the Holiday Cheer pad.
He's the boyfriend of the girl in this cute set! PK-1345 'Putsen & Jud Snow Couple'
You can see his girlfriend HERE.

What can I say about this reindeer! He/she, is the most adorable of stamps and Is a firm favourite of mine.
(I actually showed her on a previous post,
but as she was also  'made in America', thought I should include her_.
I LOVE colouring these reindeer.
She's from PKSC-11 from exactly a year ago!
I made her a grey colour and put a few spots on her rump to show that she's still a youngster.
I have no idea about the papers as they are from Kathy's stash, as is that gorgeous ribbon.

Well there you are my friends.
Some of the cards made in crafting Heaven! The Peachy Keen HQ!

Watch this space for a post on my trip and some photos!

I'm SO late!!!

What a palava to get on here!
I've had the decorators in all week doing our hall, stairs and landing.
It looks amazing, but it meant I could play as my craftroom is upstairs and it was, for the most part, out of bounds, due to the guy working on and around the stairs.
(Our house is miniscule)!
I couldn't work in it anyway after he left 'coz the safety gate couldn't be put back until the paint had 'gone off'.
Then there was the hob! I wanted an induction hob so Alan bought one and I sourced   a gas fitter to take the old gas hob out and then managed to get an electrician to fit the new hob.
This all takes time, well it does in OUR house!
Well worth it though. The hob is totally mind blowing. Talk about FAST! WOW!
And it's just one sheet of smoked glass. No scrubbing. No burnt on bits that are actually WELDED on.
BLISS!

This all meant I didn't post a project I made for the release party at PK a couple of weeks ago.
DUH!!
Well, better late than never I present a Fall/Autumn project.
It's a luminary and I have put a battery operated flickering tea light in it.
It looks smashing in the evening.

The challenge was to up-cycle something in the house.
I used the plastic mesh bag that onions come in.
I cut it into a strip and used it to tie round the top of the luminary.
I als o used the cardboard that Peachy Keen put in their packages to keep our stamps safe for the box part and covered it in DP.
I used my favourite pumpkins on the front , PK-620 (not just for Halloween eh), coloured with Copics.
Hope you like it as much as I do.

I've been asked to show the new hob, so here it is! LOL

Back soon with more projects. In the meantime, stay happy and stay healthy!

It's Peachy Keen's last sneak peek!

Yep!I'm SEW happy to show you a couple the Sneak peek cards I made for the release.
Here's the first one...
 I used
PKSC-23
PK-1343
For details of the great Value For Money Stamp Kits Of The Month,
Look HERE!

I shaded the curtains/drapes with Copics and the header/valance  were punched along the bottom with the MS Doily Lace punch.
I added some bling to mimic the old Singer sewing machine.
You can't tell on here, but I put a sheet of acetate behind the curtains to make it a shop window.

 My second card
This little cutie is from one of the add-on sets
PK-1345. (She has a hubby)!
There are EIGHT sentiments in this set alone!
I coloured her with Copics and mounted her on a Spellbinders frame.
After I coloured her, I ran her through the Swiss Dots embossing folder to replicate snow.
I used Stickles for some sparkle on her hat and cuffs.
I gave her matching gems for earrings.
The pearl in the center of the bow was white, so I coloured over it with a Copic marker to match the teal colours.

All of the stamps and extra on these cards are made with materials I was playing with at Peachy Keen HQ last week!
I can't believe I've been back a week already!
I MISS YOU MY AMERICAN BUDDIES!!

SEE you tomorrow evening on Facebook for the release party!
Please join us for fun and games and a challenge or two!
There are prizes too!

See you tomorrow!
