Part 2 of the Peachy Keen Spring Fling Blog Hop!!

The hop is now closed.
Thanks to everyone that joined in!

Wow where did THAT week go!!!

Let's get started with the second half of this mega blog hop!!!
Ok, as the name suggests, it's all about Spring.
(Not that there's been much of THAT yet here)!
Never mind, 'coz all the wonderful projects by the amazing girls on the DT will have you basking in sunshine.
Here's my card... (Well actually, couldn't resist and made two)!

Card #1 is made with PK-198 'Lovebirds and sentiments'.
(These are on sale right now too,so if you want this set, you need to hurry)!!
The insert on the front of the card was made with a (I think) Marianne die.
I coloured the inside with a Copic pen to match with the yellow on the birds.
The nest is inside the card and stamped onto PKPK-190 'Grandma's bathroom floor' background stamp.

Card #2 uses PKSC-16 for the bee and the daisies.
I LOVE that little bee!
The sentiment is from PK-195 'Honey Sentiments'.
I used PK-180 'Erkle and Merkle' for his face.
They have to be my all time favourite cute faces!
The oval is a Spellbinders die.
The name escapes me 'coz I always take 'em out of the packet and forget to write on 'em which it is.
You get the idea though, doncha.

Have you seen the great deal you get with the Stamp Club sets?
Click HERE for all the details.
They work out at less than dollar a stamp if you're in the States!!!
Just over a pound per stamp 'over here'! A BARGAIN for so much cuteness and versatility!!

OK! I'm waffling again, let's GO!

The same only different.

Hello, thanks for stopping by.
I hope the weather where you are is being kind?
It's a bit 'Cloudy with a chance of meatballs rain' here! lol
Ah well, what else can we expect in Britain eh!

 Onwards and upwards...
My card today, is another version on the one I did yesterday...you can see it HERE.

I'm loving this stamp set and have loads of variations going on in my head.
My next one will be in lilacs and purples I think.
This card was done using Copics C3, C5 and C7.
I used C5 to colour the doily.
The sentiment is by JustRite Stamps. 'Large Fancy Sentiments'.
LOVE that font.
(I added a smidgen of ruby red Stickles to the inside if the flower just to make it pop a bit).

Well, it's almost time to take Alfie to visit Teigan, so I'd better stir my my stumps or I'll  be late.
(They are both 3 years old, cousins and grew up almost side by side).

Thanks for popping in.
See you again soon I hope.

Kraft and a flower

Pinterest is brilliant for inspiration and this card is a merger of about four cards that I've seen on my visual travels.

The flower and sentiment are from Penny Black called 'Petal Party'.
I coloured the flower with three colours of Copic markers.

So simple and I'm quite liking this so will be using this technique again for sure.

Thanks for visiting today.
you are always most welcome.

Mid-Month Stamp Release and a SALE!!

Here's a quick card I made with one of the sets.. PK-198.
You can find this and all of the other marvellously cute Peachy Keen stamps HERE!

 Aren't those birds CUTE!!
I coloured then with Copics and 'fussy cut' then.
Adhered them to the base card without using dimentionals.
I coloured the inner part of the die cut, just because I thought it was a good idea! lol
I used ruby red Stickles on the hearts in the nest. and stamped them plain on the front.
The background on the inside of the card comes from PK-190

Please visit the Peachy Keen blog for information on the sales
