I'm Sorry.

Yep, I AM!
That's also the title of my card. LOL
My mojo is having a holiday it's driving me daft.
I look at all the stuff in my craft room and I walk out again.
I was determined to make a card today.
(In between Hubby demanding my attention for this job or that job).

Anyway, I forgot a good friend's birthday the other day, so set to making a belated birthday card.
NOT happy with the result, but I'll show it to you anyway.
I reckon it's more of a masculine card. What do you think?

I'm happy with the colouring (Copics of course).
Just not smitten with the overall effect. It's too 'manish'.
Back to the drawing board!

This is a wooden stamp by Whipper Snapper and is called 'Sorry Pup'.
No digis were harmed in the making of this card. LOL

I HAVE been making stuff, but I can't share it for another few days and even a couple of months!

(Quite excited about what I have to share with you on 31st May and 1st June)!!!

I WILL try and make another card before the day's out and if you see my mojo on your travels, will you give it a shove in this direction?

Thanks for bearing with me and for your visit. You are always VERY welcome. xxx

Your colouring is fabulous, Viv! Such a darling image too. Nice touch with the distressing. When my mojo goes for walk I cruise Pinterest or some sketch challenges to get things going again - maybe that will help. Look forward to seeing 31st and 1st :)

Cute card! If you are looking for a less masculine card you could try a bit of pink on the flowers and a few background squares. A little something glittery in a few places or a bow on the dogs head? I think your card is adorable. Great job!

Don't be so hard on yourself; this card is wonderful. It's okay to have a manish cards because when one needs one, there isn't one to be had. I hear you about no mojo. I still haven't found mine since my move.

Hi Viv, me again! I miss you and Pam too, but unfortunately I don't see me being able to drive that far at the moment. If the weather ever warms up maybe the pain will ease off a bit.
Love and hugs, Jackie xx

Hi Vivienne,
I'm Melisa Marie, a new follower of your blog!
What a great time to join, when you've posted a really CUTE card!!

I honestly don't think it's too masculine...unless your friend is *really* girly.

I think that female cards can have any color of the rainbow. The flowers on the stamped image down by the grass give it a cute girly flare, so don't worry hon, you did a great job! :)

I really like your card, and your coloring. I never could get into coloring good with copics, so I've stuck with my prisma colored pencils and gamsol.

Keep up the great work, and I'll be on the lookout for your mojo ;)

((hugs))

Keep on Craftin'

Well, all I can say is that if this is what invisible mojo does, then I want some! I love this image and yes, it is a perfect guy card but it can be an 'any' card because you've added that pretty patterned paper.
