Baby boy

Hello friends. Happy Easter.
I hope you're still having a wonderful weekend.
Can't get over the fact that we're having some lovely weather! It's not like us here in the UK to see so much sun, especially in April! LOL

For my inspiration post today, I have stolen the Easter Bunny to make a new baby easel card.

Isn't that bunny's face just SO sweet!

This wonderful image is available in Wendy's Etsy shop HERE.
I have a new grandson due on the 11th May and this card will be to welcome him into the world.
I think a bit of bling is acceptable on a new baby boy card, don't you?
The ribbon is from my stash and threaded with coordinating grosgrain ribbon.
The papers are from a Papermania Capsule collection, 'Burleigh Blue'.
I got the VERY sparkly ribbon sliders off  Ebay. Some can be quite dull and plastic-y?
These are much nicer. SO glittery and a lot heavier.

Here are all the latest images...

I do hope you'll 'hop' (sorry, couldn't resist) on over to the All Dressed Up Blog and see the amazing projects my teamies have created! They are a sheer delight.

how about taking part in our challenge too?
The current theme is 'Spring' and can be either colours, or flowers.
We'd love to have you play along.

Thanks for visiting me today. It's always a pleasure to 'see' you.

Hope you had a great extended weekend!

Very cute bunny and a beautiful card Viv. Yes, bling is okay for baby boys, but not for the big boys LOL. :o)

This image is spot on for a new baby card - clever you! The easel design is fab and the sparkly slider and corner embellies are lovely - bling is definitely ok for a boy card if you use it right... which you have, phew!
Big hugs, Kat xx

Wowsa Viv... you really smoked this one! The card is gorgeous and of course ribbon and gems are great for a baby.. boy or girl.
I love how you've coloured this bunny and those papers. Your subtle shading has made this bunny pop right off the paper... truly great colouring Chukky Egg!
