A bit of this and a bit of that

Here are some cards I made over the last couple of weeks, that I couldn't show you until the recipients had received them....
(There are quite few 'coz they all came at once)!!

The greeting is by Papermania.
The figure and bobbins were SCAL files cut on my Expression
The DP is from a DCWV pad, 'Linen Closet'. LOVE that pad!
A bit of twine and a bit of gold thread for the bobbins and that's that.

I wanted CAS for this card. I wonder now if it isn't a bit TOO CAS!
I love this embossing folder! It's a Sizzix one.
The greeting is stamped onto a Nestie frame and sponged with SU's Crumb Cake.
The base card is Kraft. (My favourite).

Now this one is a bit of a mystery. I've named it 'Lorie March 2011'.
Now, I only know one Lorie and her birthday is August and her REAL card is below this one!
I have no idea why I did one in March! I'm obviously losing the plot! LOL
I DO know that it's a LOTV stamp and coloured with Copics.
The sentiment is a stamp by Inkadinkado.

Now, THIS is the REAL Lorie card! Ha Ha!
Another LOTV stamp.
The DPs are from an 8x8 pad by First Edition Papers, called 'Love Letters'.
The sentiment is framed with a Nestie Diecut.
Coloured with Copics.

This card is made with Pink Petticoat papers and this particular paper, called 'Duck egg blue'.
Perfectly matches the SU ink pad, 'Bashful Blue'!
Not a duck's egg in sight! Do I care?
NO! 'Coz I love Bashful Blue and this card has turned out pretty nice I reckon.
(I will have to re-print the PP colour chart though, methinks)!
Well, as you can see, I haven't really been idle, just a bit cagey 'till I could share them with you.

I hope you enjoy them and before you go, remember I have a little competition going on for a Peachy Keen stamp set..HERE.!

HAVE A HAPPY SUNDAY!
