A Man's card

This card got made this way because of the spare piece of green card.
I'd used it to punch some leaves out and whilst rooting around on my messy table, came across it again.
I just thought it would look really good as a 'stencil' type thingly. You know what I mean.
The image is from 'For Father' by SU. I LOVE that set. It's perfect for men's cards.
Coloured as usual with Copics.
Pulled some threads from the large piece of hessian I bought somewhere and tied them round the card.
I made a little tag with Core-dinations CS. Ran it through my Big Shot in a 'Bark' Cuttlebug folder. Used my sanding block to define it.
I put a Papermania metal disc on it with his first initial on.
(Forgot to take a picture of the inside and I've posted it now, so can't).

Well I think that's enough from me today.

Thanks for calling in. Love your visits, so please come again soon.

Wow, Viv, this is incredible. I love the depth of color you acheived, it really makes it a manly card. And how fun to use up scraps. A great design with wonderful embellishments.
