I'm in the pink again!

Dunno why I'm in pink mode lately, just grab what's lying around and it's almost always PINK!
(I've just bought a Papermania Capsule Collection paper pad in eau-de-Nil,
so that'll make a change eh)!

Anyway, here's a very PINK card and as my pal Christine is running a challenge about FOOD, I thought this little lady would fit the bill.

The image is a digi by CC Designs, 'Apple Emma'
The DP is from All Dressed Up and the ribbon, buckle and buds etc are all from my stash.
I coloured Apple Emma with Copics and as usual, totally forgot to chuck on some Frantage!
I have 6 pots and haven't opened ONE of 'em yet!! Duh!

SO! here I am entering this into the challenge at In The Pink.....

Lovely to see you. I appreciate your visits!

Is this cheating?

Hi Friends!
Hope you're having a super day.

Today, I'm putting on a card I made that didn't involve using Copics...
or any other colouring medium come to that!

Here it is......

Isn't that images adorable!
She's called 'Jenny' and she's from a LOTV pad of pre-coloured images.
Fantastic for last-minute cards, (or even NOT so last minute)!

I scanned the image and transferred it to my Cameo and made a frame for 'Jenny'.
Then I offset it in pink. Added a backdrop of DP from First Edition called 'Love Letters'.
Added some flowers from my stash and a flourish or two and voilà!

Thanks for visiting me. I really appreciate it.

It's Summer inspiration at All dressed Up!

Hi friends.
you've probably already seen the new release from All Dressed Up!
but just in case you didn't, here they are again......

3 Little Summer Girls
Best Teacher Ever
Cheeky Monkey
Prom Princess

How amazing are they?
(To purchase any of the images please head on over to the Shop).
I have used
'Three Little Summer Girls' for my inspirational card.
(Well actually, just the first one). LOL

I paper pieced her hat and dress and shaded here and there to make it more dimensional.
I framed her with two different Spellbinders fancy frames.
I have no idea who's the DP is. I found one sheet while looking for something else.
(I have a gazillion digital papers and it may well be one of those)!
I used a flourish die from MFT and flowers from my stash.
I added a little bit of bronze Stickles to the centre of the flower on her hat.
The hat pin is one I made myself.
Don't forget our current challenge is 'ANYTHING GOES' .
These images would be perfect for the challenge theme, plus you are in with a chance of winning 3 images of your choice!
Also don't forget to stop by our Facebook Group to share your All Dressed Up creations & chat to fellow crafters.
Also keep an eye out for more inspiration from the rest of The Dressy Girls throughout each month.

Have a fabulous weekend and enjoy all this glorious sunshine while it lasts!

You are special

Rooting around in my digi files yesterday, I came across a lot of Cuddly Buddly digis that hadn't seen the light of day!  Naughty Viv!

I got cracking and made this card.
It feels OK for either male or female.

I grabbed two of the images,
Toby Tumble 'Special Friends'
I used another Spellbinder's Fancy Frame
(the name of course escapes me, 'coz I rip open the packaging, place the frames on my magnetic sheets that are stuck to the side of an old wardrobe and promptly forget which one it is)! DUH!
Coloured with Copics as per usual.
The background paper is DCWV Nana's Kitchen'

Hope you like it.
Back at 5pm with my inspiration card for All Dressed Up!
Have a super duper day and thanks for stopping by.
I appreciate all your visits.

It's a cupcake kinda day!

Hello peeps!
Hope you're enjoying the Summer sun.
It's been quite gorgeous here lately and I must admit, I love the sun, but hate the humidity.
Can't sleep, can't function, as I'm a wrung out wreck!
I wouldn't last 5 minutes in the Rain Forest! LOL

Anyway, onwards and upwards!
Here's a card I've made with one of All Dressed Up's images that are exclusive to the
(Free if you're a subscriber)!

(I along with the other Dressy Girls, have projects published in the July issue).

Check THIS post out to see my project for the magazine.

I LOVE this cupcake image and have finally found time to colour it in!

Stuff:
Image 'Too Good To Eat'
Coloured with Copics
Cut out on my Silhouette Cameo.
DP from 'Love Letters' paper pad
Sprinkled some Glamour dust around the icing on the cupcakes
Mounted the cupcake stand and sentiment on foam dots and voilà!

Today is the very talented Wendy’s birthday.
For those who don’t know, Wendy is the owner and artist behind All Dressed Up.
All the team would like to wish Wendy a very happy birthday and thank her for her amazing images, and for everything she does.

We normally have our new challenge on the 15th, but as today is Wendy’s birthday, we wanted to do a surprise birthday blog hop along with our challenge.

Firstly the challenge, the theme is ‘Anything goes’,
(please make sure it features one of our images or digital papers).

Here is my card for Wendy's birthday.
(I hope she gets it in time, I've only just come back from holiday)! Yikes!

My image is 'Little Flower Girl', available HERE in the Etsy shop.
I've coloured her with Copics.
Made two frames with my Cameo, did some sponging and added the ribbon and bow.
(There's a little gem in the centre of the flower in her hat).
This is such an easy theme and we cannot wait to see all your fantastic entries.
The winner will receive 3 images of their choice from the Store.

On to the blog hop, below is a list of the dressy girls for you to hop around….
we have a very big team here so you have until 1stJuly midnight GMT to hop round them all.
At the end of the hop two random Dressy Girls will pick someone who has visited and commented on their hop card to receive 2 images of their choice from the Store.

Your next stop along the way, is the fabulous KEELEY!

Here’s a list of all the Dressy girls just in case you get a little lost on the way….

A new challenge with BLING!!

It is new challenge time at All Dressed Up.

Our theme for this challenge is *USE SOME BLING*
Here is my sample card for the challenge

I have used 'Looking Gorgeous'. She's available to purchase HERE.

Original with pointy blusher!

Two cards? Well, not exactly.
On the first card, (the second one down),  I wasn't happy with her cheeks.
The blusher looked pointy on her right cheek.
It was driving me mad, so I did no more than peel her off the backing paper to alter her blush.
Then for some daft reason, decided I didn't like the ribbon, so took THAT off and replaced it with a crystal buckle and red ribbon!

So, we have two for the price of one! Ta-Da!!

 OK, on to the deets!
This challenge will run until (will be the 15th of June.
Head on over to All Dressed up blog to check out the rest of the teams creations, and why not enter the challenge whilst you are there.

**Please note**
To enter our challenges, you MUST use an All Dressed Up image, or paper.
(We have fabulous freebies that you are welcome to use).

Don't forget to stop by our ever growing Facebook page to keep up to date with all the latest All Dressed Up news and chat to fellow crafters.

'See' you there!

Wendy has three brand new, exclusive All Dressed Up images, featured in the current issue.
Here they are in all their cuteness....

 Love My Teddy
 Princess for a Day

Too Good to Eat
These three fabulous digital images are available only by subscribing to Scrap n' Art.
Your subscription entitles you to a monthly magazine for $24/year or you can try it for $5 for one month and you can access tutorials, inspiration, editorials and downloads.
 The theme is 'SUMMER'.

Here's my card for the magazine using another of Wendy's fabulous digital images...
'On My Farm'

I used Copics to colour the image and the 'sun' is made from a Silhouette cut file.
(The tiny flowers on the grass are from a Leone Em punch).

It's got to be THE cutest farmyard digital stamp EVER!
Who'd have thought, two magazines featuring All Dressed Up projects on the same day!!

Yes! Two published at the same time! What are the odds!!! Ha Ha!

Have a wonderful day!
