My first Christmas card!

I wasn't going to start my Christmas cards for AGES, but when Kathy Queen Peach sent me a funny e-mail with this little guy in it, I just HAD to use him! The only problem is, my photography skills are SO bad, you can't really see his naffed off expression too well.
(I concocted the banner in Publisher using shapes and WordArt).
I used sketch #46, as I have HERE for the new Peachy Keen Challenge.
(Isn't it amazing how a sketch can be transformed just by the materials used)!

Isn't he CUTE!!!

It's Peachy Keen Challenge #46

Where DOES the time go!!!!
It was only 5 minutes ago, I was posting the previous one!!
Well, it's been a week of more downs than ups here.
I was walking Harvey and Mac Sunday evening when a Staffordshire bull terrier came round the corner and attacked Mac!!! He had him by the throat and as I had the dogs on a splitter lead, couldn't save one without hanging the other!!!
Harvey got itten but thankfully for Mac, the Staffy had latched onto his bone shaped dog tag. It was bent in half!!!!
Harvey needed antibiotics and when I informed the police, (the staffy was not on a lead), they weren't interested and told me to phone the dog warden!!!!! The dog warden insists it a police matter, but when I got back to them, they STILL insisted it wasn't their area!! I'm no further on!

Anyway, enough of that, on to the good stuff..the Challenge!
We have another sketch for you this week...

Good innit?

Here's what I did with it. I'm not 100% about it 'coz I was in the throws of making it when I took a break to walk the dogs and by the time I'd calmed down, I'd lost the plot with it. LOL

Coloured with Copics and I matted the shamrock digital paper onto gold mirri card.
(I must get Lorie to show me how to colour that cauldron properly. I'm not happy with it at all)!

My DT Sisters have REALLY gone that extra mile this time too!
You really MUST check 'em out. They are fabulous!
I do hope you will play along. We love to see all your fantastic creations!
Pop on over to the Peachy Keen Blog, get the deets and give yourself a chance to win THIS  brilliant prize.

A chip off the old block!!!

The set is called 'Cheep Talk' from Market Street Stamps .
Created by the mega talented Angelica Suarez,
(daughter of our Peachy King and Queen, Kathy & Dave Jakopovich).

Angelica is definitely a 'chip off the old block'!
With her cute range of stamps, she's following admirably in her mother's footsteps!

Some of what I've been up to......

I have been in the Doldrums for a while now and hopefully, I've come out of 'em now!
I have tons of stuff in my craft room and absolutely no mojo whatsoever to create anything for over a week!
It was getting me down, but all of a sudden, I've got the urge to make something.
Hopefully, I will be left undisturbed to 'play' today.

In the meantime, here are some cards I made at a workshop I went on with my friends over in Derby.
The images are embossed and cut out and a smattering of Glamour Dust has been applied hither and yon.
Some of the elements have been raised with foam pads.
The card is similar to Stardream. There is a hint of gold in the sheen on this beautiful card.
The stamps are by Kanban and they haven't got a name, only a bar code number.
I think they are a bit daft not putting a name on 'em!
you can see the set HERE!

I made this one the next day, back at Pauline's house). Back to normal!! LOL

I hope you enjoyed looking at them.

We are so VERY sorry to keep you waiting for the Challenge , but I know you will bear with us until we can get the new server ticking along.
