Peachy Keen Challenge #44

THE CHALLENGE?
Create a card or layout based on the SKETCH provided
THE TWIST?
You must use a monochromatic colour scheme! 

What exactly is monochromatic? Using tints and shades of the same colour. 

(i.e. if you choose "pink", you must use dark pink, light pink, medium pink, etc.) 

Black and white is allowed! 

Guidelines:
Design must be new
Project must incorporate elements from  the sketch provided

He's from the set PK-283, Cheers For Green Beer.

 (Those shamrocks are also from the set).

(This time, I paper pieced the chocolate box and ribbon).
The hearts paper is from an A5 Forever Friends pad called 'All loved up'.

There are 6 new faces sets, 3 Valentine sets and 2 St Patrick sets. 
You will see a sample of all of the new sets at each hop along the way.

I've made my very first card using my new Cricut Create......

It leaves a lot to be desired, but for my first attempt, I'm quite pleased.

The scroll background and butterfly are from 'Straight From The Nest'.

(I'm not 100% sure I did that butterfly right)!

There is SO much to play with on that cartridge, I didn't know what to choose first!

I think I'll cut another scroll square out and scan it into my PC then make it into different shapes using SCAL.

(When I learn how to, that is)! LOL

I can't wait to see what you think of my debut Cricut card.

Hello Peachy Keen Followers!!

We hope this finds you well and in the mood for a few new designs to get into the spirit of the upcoming holidays!!

TODAY, January 7th at about 5pm CST - (11pm GMT) Peachy Keen Stamps will be releasing 3 new stamp sets for Valentine's Day. We are planning a blog hop later in the month to release several new stamp sets too. There will be at least two St. Patrick's Day sets and of course.. what would a release be without.. FACES!! 
There are three new character sets but I am forced to HOLD out until our blog hop!

At last!

Happy New Year everyone!! 

(I'm a tad late, but not had much opportunity to play at my blog since before Christmas)!!

The demands of family and the Flu virus left me rather short of crafting time.

Happily, I can now get back to my favourite addiction  hobby! LOL

I have made at least one card to kick start the new year, for a special friend's birthday....

I have had this fabulous doily die since before Christmas, but not been able to play with it until now.

I'm totally in love with it. The DP is MME and basically,that's it for decoration, apart from the glass beads and punched flowers.

Simple, but I think, effective.

I will be back tomorrow with some fabulous sneak peeks of the new Peachy Keen faces due out VERY soon.

Not only that, there are some WICKED Valentine stamps that were released yesterday.
I can't WAIT for you to see them!

They are the best ever and I'm dying to get my mitts on 'em and get playing.
