Zoom - Zoom!

Wow! I've been MIA for ages, did anyone realise? LOL
My mojo went for a walk and forgot to come back!

It paid me a quick visit yesterday though and I came up with this....
This smashing digi image, from All dressed Up's Wendy Burns, is called '321 Go'.
Cute or WHAT!
I coloured him with Copics and looked on Google for a (free) checkered background.
Cut the image with a Spellbinder's Nestie circle
(The biggest from the standard set) and cut two slightly larger ones on my Silhouette Cameo.
Sponged the first circle with some Brilliance Sky Blue and matted the black card with coordinating red and white CS.

Not rocket science, but it got me started again.
There's a challenge on over at All Dressed Up just now and it's 'A Guy Thing'.
Don't let the title scare you. Look at my card, easy peazy!
Plus, you don't HAVE to do a 'man' card, just use 'man' colours on any All Dressed Up image.
There are quite a few freebies for you to use so let's see what you can achieve with the challenge.
It IS a challenge but that's what makes us tick isn't it!

I'm off to see my new grandson this afternoon.
He's 5 days old now and gorgeous!

He weighed in at 9lb 3oz!!!! Phew!!!

Here's a couple of pics on the day he came home...

Have a fabulous weekend my friends!

Hi Hon...

What a perfect job you've made of this card... that background is JUST SO RIGHT with the cutie image... clever lady!! Loving your colouring (as always)... and the sponged background makes the image pop! The red, white and black are also the right combo for the racing theme... And stop it... mentioning the cameo AGAIN!! One day I won't be able to resist...

Now...... your gorgeous grandson... eeeeek yes he's a big'un.... (makes my eyes water thinking about it) but oh so gorgeous and I would really love a cuddle! But I'll have to make do with a cyber one... and also say what a fabbie pic of you too - you look lovely and so proud........ and from what I saw on FB, your little grand-daughter is the image of her lovely Nan/Gran/Grandma! (delete as appropriate!! hehe!

Big hugs
Christine x
