Peachy Keen Challenge #55 and a prize on offer!!!!!

Well, when I made my first card, I wasn't exactly thrilled with it for some reason.
It seemed a bit 'bland' if you know what I mean.
Here it is........
As this is a sad card, (and we need those now and again, don't we).....
 ....I thought I'd make a contrasting 'happy' card!......


I used my gorgeously cute little bunny, PK-287, Bawlin' Bunnies.
Only MY little poppet isn't bawlin'!
THAT'S 'coz I masked off her sweet unhappy face
and stamped a happy face, using PK-291, Sampler package of faces.
What brilliant possibilities there are, having the ability to swap and change expressions to suit the mood!!

    That kitty image is beyond cute!! My daughter would love it! Gret colour combo with the pink and green.

    Loving all the dots on the bunny card and you have coloured her wonderfully, tears and all.

    I love both your cards...on the first I love the base colors you used and the kitty is absolutly cute..Yes, we all need a cheering up card and this is the perfect pick me up card. Your second card is beautiful..Love, love how the blue stands out. Thank you for sharing your talent with me.

    I of course love the happy one - just because I love happy cards (don't we all?) - but your little sad one is adorable and sweet, and those kind of cards are SOOO hard to make! Guess I didn't really answer, but I love them both!!!

    Oh Viv, these are both stunning! You want me to pick a favorite how could I. Each is perfect for its purpose. I guess I'm going to say the bunny card because I just love the coordinating polka dot paper in large and small dots and of course the beautiful way you colored you bunny.     Oh come on... that's like asking me to pick between two different pieces of chocolate... I LOVE THEM BOTH!!! The first one card has such a sweet little kitty, plus I love those colors together. The second card is just so cute.. it made me smile the minute I saw it (and I adore those polks dots)! Congrats on getting your mojo back... looks like its in full swing! :)

    Two wonderful cards. The kitty is pretty in pink, but the blue happy face really pops right out of the computer. I think it is that lovely polka dot paper. Your smiling bunny is so cute. It's hard to imagine how you masked it off. Aren't you clever.
