Peachy Keen Stamps Challenge and discount!

Introducing... my first card as a DT member for the brand new
Peachy Keen Challenge Blog.

Here is this week's sketch for you to play along with.

Don't have any Peachy Keen stamps yet? Don't worry, just grab your favourite stamps and have FUN!!!
(Why not take advantage of the massive 20% discount on offer to get your PK stamps). ;0)

Here is my card.....

I used the 'Funny Flowers' stamp set for this card.
They are big stamps, 2" x 2.5" (5cm x 6cm), so my card is quite big.
It's an a5 card. (8.5" x 11" folded in half).
I coloured these gorgeous flowers with Copics.
The flourishes are made from my EK Success punch.
The sentiment is by Papermania.
The CS is Bazzil. (It's nearly always use Bazzil, 'coz I love it).

To play along, post your entry in the comments on the PK Challenge blog with a link to your card,
(until we get Mr. Linky to behave). While you are there, you will see the fabulous samples made by the other DT members.

If you sign up as a follower today, you will be entered into the prize draw and there will be THREE lucky winners!
PLUS! Don't forget the 20% discount! Further details on the Peachy Keen blog.
This offer is open until midnight CST. (6am Wed. here in the UK).
Good luck! Viv xxx

Here's Mum in her new home showing off all her gorgeous cards. Here they are, please excuse my rubbish photography skills! She doesn't look 90 does she!

She can't get over how she's got all these cards from people that don't know her, bless her. (She called the internet the hairnet at one point)! She'll have shown them off for 3 weeks then!!! LOL

I've made a slideshow of all her cards. (Don't know how to add it to this post, so it's above it).

I'm feeling blue!!

Yep! Blue is the word for this card! Ha Ha.

I wanted something fairly plain and simple. LOVE the Embrace Life flower. (It cost me an arm and a leg to get it off Ebay)!!! Coloured with Copic Ciao markers in B00, B02 and B05. Moulded with my trusty modelling tool and siliconed into place on top of the Sizzix Top Note diecut. (Blushed with Bashful Blue). The base card is Bazzil Swiss Dots.

I'll be back tonight with pictures of Mum with her wonderful cards from you lovely people!Jennifer....... Mum says your card has arrived. Just needed yours to arrive to complete the total.

Back later!!

Thanks for dropping by!

Copic Buzz's first challenge!

I'm a member of Paper Craft Planet and I've joined a new Copic group called Copic Buzz.
Their first challenge is 'Skin tones'.
For my project, I chose 'Daisy', a Sugar Nellie stamp I got from Funky Kits.

I think she's gorgeous and so lovely to colour.
For her skin I used E000, E00 and E02.
For her hair I used Y21,YR 23 and E35
Her jeans were coloured with B24 and B97 and the grass is coloured with YG 67.
The CS is Bazzil and the main card is bright pink, not salmon as it appears on here.
The flowers are Bazzil Bitty Blossoms and I used my Nestie labels 1 to frame her.
I used my Swiss Dots cuttlebug embossing folder and figured out how to cover a bigger are without flattening the dots. Whoo hoo! (I blushed the edges with a SU Bashful Blue ink pad).
The ribbon was gifted to me by Jennifer Meyer, bless her.

Looking forward to the next one now!!
Thanks for dropping by. Have a great weekend!

Please leave me a comment to let me know you've been.
